ZEBRA CAKE🥚🥚

INGREDIENTS:

Maida - 1 1/2 cup

Butter - 100 gms

Egg - 2

Sugar powdered -3/4 cup

Cocoa powder - 2 tbspn

Vanilla essence - 1 tspn

Baking powder - 1 tspn

Milk - 1/2 cup

Salt - a pinch

Add powdered sugar and butter into a bowl and beat well.

Beat until it turns soft and smooth.

Add eggs one at a time and beat until fluffy and creamy.

Add the sifted maida and baking powder to the fluffy mixture.

Fold in the mixture gently.

ree
Add 1/4 cup milk to this mixture to make a smooth batter.

Add 1 tspn vanilla essence and mix well.

Divide the batter into two portions.

ree
Add 2 tbspn heaped cocoa powder and add to one part.

ree
Mix the cocoa powder well.

ree
Add the remaining 1/4 cup milk and make it into a smooth batter.

Both mixtures are nor ready.

Grease and dust a pan.

ree
Add one spoon of white batter.

ree
Next add a spoon of cocoa batter.

ree
Alternate with white and cocoa in this manner.

The batter in now ready to be baked.

Preheat the oven, At 180 degree bake for 35 minutes.

Your Zebra cake is ready.
