Arachukalakki

INGREDIENTS:

Pickled Mango - 1 tbspn

Raw Mango - 1/2

Coconut - 1/2 cup

Green chilly - 1

Ginger - a small piece

Cup - 1/3 to 1/2 cup

Fenugreek seeds - 1 tspn

Salt - to taste

Curry leaves - a few



Ready with the ingredients🙂

Put the pickled mango, raw mango, green chilly, ginger, coconut and salt into the mixer.

Add curd and salt and grind to a smooth paste.

Add curd to grind and check for salt. The ground mixture is ready.

Transfer the ground mixture to a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan for tempering. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chilly and curry leaves.

The curry is ready.

This Palakkadan arachukalakki is a delicious side dish.. you can also use it as your main course,,, very easy, simple, sour and tangy🙂🙂
