Green peas Masala

INGREDIENTS:

Green peas - 2 cups cooked

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 2

Ginger - a small piece

Tomato - 1/2

Garlic - 4 cloves

Fennel seeds - 1 tspn

Cloves - 2

Cardamom - 2

Cinnamon sticks - 1 piece

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Cumin powder - 1/2 tpn

Chilly powder - 1 tspn

Coriander powder - 1 tspn

Garam masala - 1/2 tspn

Chicken masala - 1/2 tspn

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves - a handful


All set. Add the fennel seeds, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, ginger and garlic.. Crush well.

Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onion, green chilly and curry leaves. Saute well.

Once the onion turns translucent, add the crushed ginger garlic mixture.

Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, cumin powder, garam masala and chicken masala. Fry well until the raw smell goes.amasala,

Add tomato and fry well until it turns soft.

Saute well until the tomato turns soft.

Add the pressure cooked peas now.

Add necessary salt and a little water. Allow it to boil for around 5 to 8 minutes.

Green peas masala is ready.

Goes well for rice, chapathi and puri. 🤗🤗
