Yoghurt curry😎😎

INGREDIENTS:

Yellow cucumber (Vellarika) - 1/2

Coconut - 1/2 cup

Green chilly - 3

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Chilly powder - 1/4 tspn

Cumin seeds - 3/4 tspn

Curd - 1 cup

Jaggery - 1 tspn

Salt - to taste

Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tspn

Mustard seeds - 3/4 tspn

Curry leaves - a few


All set.🙂

Cut the vegetable into square pieces.

Add necessary water, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and allow it to boil.

Add slit green chilly too.

Put coconut, green chilly, turmeric powder, cumin seeds into the mixer.

Grind to a smooth paste.

Add the ground paste to the cooked vegetable.

Mix the ground paste, add necessary salt and allow it to boil.

Beat yoghurt and add to the cooked vegetable. Don't allow it to boil. Add 1 tspn jaggery to it.

Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek, red chilly, curry leaves and a little turmeric powder.

Pour the seasoning into the curry.

Yummy curry ready.

This curry goes well with rice, especially Palakaddan Matta rice.😎😎
