Vettu Cake🧀🧀

INGREDIENTS:

Maida - 1 cup

Egg - 1

Sugar - 1/4 to 1/2 cup powdered

Soda bicarbonate - 2 pinch

Salt - 1 pinch

Turmeric powder - a pinch

Oil - 1 tbspn

Milk - 1 or 2 tbspn


Ready with the ingredients.

Add egg to a bowl.

Beat the egg well and then add sugar to it and mix.

Beat it well until the sugar and egg combines well and turns smooth.

Add maida and soda bicarbonate to it.

Add little turmeric powder, 1 tbspn oil and a pinch of salt and knead well. Add milk to knead if necessary.

Knead well and allow it to rest for at least 15 minutes,

Put the dough on top of the counter top and roll it into a long cylindrical shape..

Now cut into 8 parts.

Cut in crosswise and keep it ready for frying.

Heat oil. Keep it in medium flame and add the pieces into it.

Once it turns golden brown, flip it over to the other side.

Remove from fire once done.

Ready to serve.😃😃
