Vegetable Kurma🙂🙂

INGREDIENTS:

Potato - 2

Carrot - 1

Beans - Handful

Onion - 2

Ginger - 1 piece

Garlic - 4

Green chilly - 4

Tomato - 1

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Chilly powder - 1/2 tspn

Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbspn

Garam masala - 3/4 tspn

Maggi coconut milk powder - 4 tbspn

Salt

Coriander leaves


Ready to cook🙂🙂

Heat oil in a kadai. Add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly. Saute.

Saute until it changes to a golden brown colour.

Add one cut tomato and saute.

Now add turmeric powder and keep stirring.

Add chilly powder, coriander powder and garam masala and keep stirring.

Add the cut vegetables and stir well so that the masala gets coated everywhere.

Add necessary salt and mix well.

Necessary water should be added to cook the vegetables.

Take four tbspn coconut milk water. Add lukewarm water and dissolve the powder in it. Ensure that there are no lumps.

Add coconut milk to the cooked vegetables

Just bring it to a boil and then you can switch off the stove.
