Vanpayar and raw banana erussery

INGREDIENTS:

Vanpayar - 1 cup

Raw banana - 2

Coconut - 1/2 cup

Cumin seeds - 1 tspn

Garlic - 1

Chilly powder - 3/4 tspn

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


Ready with the ingredients😎😎

Add coconut, cumin seeds, garlic, turmeric powder into a mixer.

Grind it well but not very fine.

Cut the raw banana and put it in a vessel. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and necessary water and allow it to boil.

Pressure cook the soaked brown peas and keep it aside.

Add the cooked brown pea to the cooked banana and let it boil. Then add the groung paste and allow it to boil for another 5 minutes.

For the seasoning, heat oil and crackle mustard seeds.

Add red chilly, curry leaves and coconut and fry.

Fry until it turns golden brown.

Pour it over the curry. Yummy erussery ready,

A nice side dish for rice... you can have it as main course too😎😎
