Uzhunnu Vada👷‍♀️👷‍♀️

INGREDIENTS:

Urad dal - 1 cup

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 2

Ginger - 1 small piece

Pepper corn - 8 to 10

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste

Oil


Ready for the snack👨‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

Soak Urad dal for about 4 hours.

Grind the soaked urad dal fine without adding much water.

Cut onion, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves. Cut them fine. Add pepper corn and salt. Mix well and get the batter ready.

Take necessary oil in a kadai and heat it. Do not simmer.

Dip your hand in water. Take a ball of batter and put it in your hand. Flatten it and make a hole in the middle. Your hand should be moist.

Put the flattened shape into your right hand and then put it in the hot oil

In the same manner, flatten the vada batter and put it in the oil for frying.

Flip over to the other side when done and fry until golden brown.

Tasty and crispy vada ready🤗🤗
