Uluva Dosa

INGREDIENTS:

Raw rice - 1 cup

Boiled rice - 1/4 cup

Fenugreek seeds - 2 tbspn

Salt - to taste


Ready with the ingredients🤗

Wash and soak raw rice, boiled rice and fenugreek seeds for around 4 to 6 hours.

After 5 hours, put the rice and fenugreek seeds into the mixer.

Grind it to a smooth consistency.

Transfer to another vessel, cover and keep it aside undisturbed for around 8 to 12 hours.

After 10 hours, the batter has risen. Add necessary salt and water and make it into a running consistency.

Heat the tawa. Grease it with oil. Pour one ladle and drizzle sesame oil over it. Cover and cook. Do not flip over.

Dosa ready😎😎

Healthy fenugreek dosa ready..Nutritious and good for health.. coconut chutney or onion chutney goes well with it.
