Mix it with your hands for around 3 to 4 minutes.Leave it aside for ten minutes.Now add chilly powder and green chilly.Combine it well. Add 3 tbspn maida little by little and mix well.Do not add water. Mix well.Add the remaining Maida. Mix well. do not add water.Make it into flat round pieces and add to the hot oil for frying.Wait until one side is done.Turn over to the other side when it is done.Remove from fire when done.Crispy ulli vada ready😎😎You will enjoy this snack along with your tea/coffee.
