Tomato Pachadi

INGREDIENTS:

Tomato - 2

Green chilly - 3

Coconut - 1/2 cup

Cumin seeds - 1 tspn

Mustard seeds - 1/4 tspn

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Chilly powder - 1/2 tspn

Jaggery - 1/2 tspn

Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tspn

Yoghurt - 1/2 cup

Salt - to taste


Ready to start🙂🙂

Cut the tomatoes. Add 2 green chillies slit, turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt.

Add necessary water and allow it to boil.

Put coconut, green chilly, turmeric powder and cumin seeds in a mixer and grind.


Add 1/4 tspn mustard seeds and yoghurt. Grind well.

Grind into a smooth paste and keep aside.

Add the ground paste to the cooked tomatoes.

Add jaggery to it and stir well. Do not allow it to boil.

Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chilly, curry leaves to it.

Pour the seasoning into the curry and it is ready to be served.
