Soya Chunks masala

INGREDIENTS:

Soya Chunks - 2 cups

Onion - 4

Ginger - 1 big piece

Garlic - 6 cloves

Green chilly - 4 slit

Chilly powder - 1 tbspn

Coriander powder - 2 tbspn

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn

Pepper powder - 1 tspn

Garam masala - 1 tspn

Coconut pieces - t tbspn

Curry leaves

Salt


Ingredients are ready😎😎


Heat water in a bowl. When it boils add the soya chunks to it and switch off the gas.

Close it with a lid and keep it aside for around 20 minutes.

Wash the soaked soya chunks well.

Squeeze out the excess water and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan. I took cast iron.

Saute onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly, curry leaves well. add coconut pieces and fry.

Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric, powder, pepper powder and garam masala. Fry well.

Add the washed soya chunks to the fried mixture.

Mix the soya well and add necessary water and salt. Allow it to cook.

Soya chunks masala is ready now.

Delicious soya chunk dry fry masala is ready👩👩

Soya chunk masala goes well with bread, chapathi, kuboos and rice. Very nutritious and healthy... a substitute for non veg😃
