INGREDIENTS:

Maida - 2 cups

Yeast - 1 tspn

Butter - 1 tbspn( square piece)

Sugar - 1 tbspn

Warm Water - 1/2 cup

Salt - to taste


ReadyšŸ˜„

Add warm water and sugar to yeast so that it gets activated. Leave it aside for 10 minutes.

The yeast is activated.

Add butter and salt to the Maida and mix well using hands.

Add the activated yeast and knead well. You may have to add warm water to make it into a soft dough. ( I added half a cup of warm water)

The dough is ready. Cover with a damp cloth or with a plate and keep it aside for 2 hours.

After 1 hour it has become double the size. Knead it well and make it into medium sized balls.

Make it into balls. If you want you can add filling inside and make the shape of a ball.

With the palm, flatten the underside and smoothen the top portion of the bun.

Brush with alittle butter on top and keep it aside for 10 minutes and it should be covered.

Put it into the oven for 15 minutes at 175 degree C

Bun is ready. You have stuffed and plain bun.

Stuffed bun.. you can use vegetable or chicken stuffing or any sweet cream buns.


Stomach filling soft and delicious buns. Everyone will enjoy the home made buns.šŸ˜ŽšŸ˜Ž
