Simple Vegetable Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS:

Basmati Rice - 1 cup

Carrot - 1/2

Onion - 1

Garlic - 5 cloves

Capsicum - 1/2

Soya Sauce - 1 tbspn

Pepper powder - 3/4 tspn

Salt - to taste


Ready with ingredients😆

Soak rice for 30 minutes. Boil water in a pan.

Add rice to the boiling water with necessary salt and cook until done.

Once cooked, drain and keep the rice aside.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add onion and garlic. Saute well.

Once it turns golden brown, add capsicum.

Next add carrot and stir well.

Add soya sauce and stir well.

Add pepper powder and stir .

Once done add the drained rice and mix well.

Mix the rice well and ensure that there is necessary salt.

Simple and tasty vegetable fried rice ready😎😎
