Semiya Upma/ Vermicelli 🙂🙂

INGREDIENTS:

Semiya - 1 cup

Onion - 1

Ginger - a small piece

Green chilly - 1

Chana dal - 1 tspn

Coconut - 3 tbspn

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


All set😊

Put the vermicelli in a pan.

Roast the vermicelli until golden brown.

Cut all the vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.

Add chana dal. Then add the cut vegetables. Saute until golden brown.


Add one and a half cup water to it and necessary salt.

When the water boils add vermicelli to it and stir well.

Once the vermicelli is cooked, add the grated coconut.

Mix the vermicelli until the coconut is spread everywhere.

Vermicelli upma ready😆😆
