Semiya Payasam/ Vermicelli🤗🤗

INGREDIENTS

Vermicelli - 1 cup

Milk - 1 litre

Sugar - 3/4 cup

Raisins - 1 tbspn

Cardamom - 3

Ghee/Butter


Ready to start😊

Roast the vermicelli until brown using butter/ghee.

Add water..The level of water should be above the vermicelli. Add whole cardamom to it now.

Add sugar when the vermicelli is almost done.

Add milk and allow it to boil.

Add butter/ghee in a pan and fry the raisins.

Garnish the payasam with the raisins. You can also add cashew.
