Sausage Masala🥖🥖🥖

INGREDIENTS:

Sausage - 1 packet

Green Chilly - 4

Ginger - 1 big piece

Garlic - 5 cloves

Coriander leaves - Handful

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn

Garam masala -1/4 tspn

Capsicum - 1 (optional)


Ready for the cooking 😃😃

Wash the sausages well. Boil the sausages in water until it gets cooked.

Put ginger, onion, garlic, green chilly, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and garam masala into the mixer.

Grind the ingredients into a fine paste and keep it aside.

Heat oil. Cut the sausages into small pieces and fry them in the oil.

Add the ground paste to the fried sausages and mix well.

Add capsicum now. It is only optional.

Delicious sausage masala ready.😃😃

An all time favourite at home. Goes well with Kuboos and chapathi.
