Sandwich Maker Cake🍜🍜

INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour - 1 cup

Oil - 2 tbspn

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Curd - 2 tbspn

Baking powder - 1 tspn

Milk - 5 to 6 tbspn

Vanilla essence - 1 tspn

Ready with the ingredients☺☺

Take 2 tbspn oil in a bowl. Add half a cup sugar and beat well using a fork, spoon or a whisk.

Add 2 tbspn curd and beat well. Instead of curd you can add one egg and beat well. Once it turns smooth add 1 tspn baking powder and mix well.

Add 1 cup wheat flour and fold in slowly.

Mix all the ingredients well.

To make it have a slight loose texture, add milk.

Add vanilla essence, mix well and the batter is now ready to be baked.

Brush both the sides of the sandwich maker with butter..

Fill in the sandwich maker with the batter in this manner.

Close the sandwich maker and allow it to get baked. The light goes off when the baking is done. You can then open and remove the cakes.
