Sakkara Pongal😎😎

INGREDIENTS:

Raw rice - 1 glass

Jaggery - 2 balls

Cardamom - 3

Coconut - 1/2 cup

Ghee - 2 tbspn

Raisins/Cashew - 2 tbspn


Readyyy😊😊

Take water in a pot and allow it to boil.

Melt the jaggery to remove impurities.

Wash and clean the raw rice.

Add the cleaned rice to the boiling water. Add cardamoms too.

Once the rice is cooked add the melted jaggery.

Allow it to boil in jaggery now.

Add ghee. You can also add raisins and cashew nuts now.

Yummy pongal ready.😎😎
