Rava Upma (Soft)😎😎

INGREDIENTS:

Rava - 1 cup

Water - 3 cups

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 1

Ginger - 1 small piece

Carrot - 1 small piece

Tomato - 1/2 a tomato

Curry leaves - a few

Urad dal - 1 tspn

Chana Dal - 1 tspn

Ground nut - 1 tspn

Ghee - 1 tspn

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Mustard seeds - 1 tspn

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


Get..Set..Go

Roast the rava until the raw smell goes.

Cut the vegetables and keep it ready.

Heat oil and add 1 tspn mustard seeds.

Then add urad dal and chana dal.

Add ground nuts and fry well.

Now add the cut onion, green chilly, ginger and curry leaves.

Saute until golden brown.

Add carrot and saute, then add the cut tomato and fry well. . Once it becomes tender add turmeric powder and fry well.

Saute the vegetables until golden brown.

Now add the roasted rava to the fried mixture.

Add 3 glasses of boiling water and necessary salt.

Mix well and cook until it is done. Add 1 tspn ghee to it.

Yummy soft upma ready.😃😃

Very soft and tasty upma ready. It will just melt in your mouth. You can add cashew nuts too.
