Rava Unniyappam

INGREDIENTS:

Rava - 1 cup

Maida - 3/4 cup

Jaggery - 3 pieces

Cardamom - 2

Banana - 1

Sesame seeds - 1 tspn

Salt - a little


All set😆😆

Add rava and maida into a mixer.

Add banana and cardamom to it.

Add the filtered jaggery and grind it well.

Grind so that everything gets combined well.

Add sesame seeds to the ground mixture.

Mix and keep aside for two hours.

Heat oil in the Unniyappam pan

Pour batter into each hole.

When one side is done, flip over to the other side.

Remove from oil when done.

Soft and delicious appam ready😎😎


It's really delicious and you can store it in an airtight container for few days.
