Rava Dosa

INGREDIENTS:

Rice powder - 1/2 cup

Rava - 1/2 cup

Maida - 1/4 cup

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn

Pepper corn - 8

Onion - 1

Ginger - a small piece

Green chilly - 1

Curd - 1 tbspn

Salt - to taste

Ready to start🙂🙂

Add rava, rice powder and maida into a bowl.

Mix the powders well.

ree
Add i heaped tbspn yoghurt to it.

ree
Add necessary water and salt.

ree
The batter should be loose and add necessary salt to it.

Add cumin seeds and pepper to it.

ree
Add onion, ginger, green chilly to it and mix well.

ree
Mix it well and keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes.

Pour it on a hot tava. Drizzle oil over it.

Flip it over when one side is done.

ree
Tasty and crispy rava dosa ready.
