Potato Masala Curry👷‍♀️👷‍♀️

INGREDIENTS:

Potato - 3

Tomato - 1/2

Coconut - 3 tbspn

Onion(small) - 10

Garlic - 1

Ginger - a small piece

Coriander seeds - 1 tbspn

Red chilly - 6

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn

Whole pepper - 1/2 tspn

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


Readyyy😊

Heat a pan. Dry roast coriander seeds. red chilly, cumin seeds and pepper.

Next add shallots and ginger.

Now add the grated coconut and fry well.

Coconut should change colour.

Switch off the stove when the coconut changes into golden brown

In a vessel add potato, tomato, turmeric powder and salt. Pour necessary water and allow it to boil.

Put the roasted coconut mixture into the mixer.

Grind it into a smooth paste.

Add the ground mixture to the boiling curry.

Allow the curry to boil for around 5 to 7 minutes.

Ready to season. Heat oil and crackle mustard seeds.


Add red chilly and curry leaves.

Potato masala curry ready.😊
