Pineapple Pachadi 🎍🎍

INGREDIENTS

Pineapple - 1

Green chilly - 4

Coconut - 1/2 scraped

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn

Chilly powder - 1/2 tspn

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn

Mustard seeds - 1/4 tspn

Curd - 4 Tbspn

Salt - To taste

Jaggery /Sugar - 1 tspn

FOR SEASONING:

Curry leaves

Red chilly(dry) - 3

Fenugreek - 1/2 tspn

Mustard seeds

Coconut Oil


Ready ...Here we go😊

Add pineapple cut into small pieces, 2 green chilly slit, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt to taste and necessary water into the vessel. Start cooking on medium flame.

Put coconut, 2 green chilly, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and a little mustard seeds into the mixer.

Grind into a smooth paste.

Add the ground mixture to the cooked pineapple. Mix well, add salt if necessary. Let it boil for some time.

Add whisked curd to the boiling mixture, 1 tspn of jaggery or sugar, mix well and switch off the gas.


Season it with coconut oil, mustard seeds, fenugreek, red chilly and curry leaves. Tasty pineapple pachadi is ready to serve. It goes well with rice.

My family loves this dish and I don't go for any side dishes when I cook pineapple pachadi😊
