Paneer Butter Masala😎😎

INGREDIENTS:

Paneer - 200 gm

Onion - 2

Tomato - 3

Garlic - 5

Ginger - a big piece

Cinnamon sticks - 2

Cloves - 4

Cardamom - 4

Bay leaves - 1

Chilly powder - 2 tbspn

Coriander powder - 1 tbspn

Garam Masala - 1 tspn

Sugar - 1/2 tspn

Cashew paste/Tahina - 1 tbspn full

Cream - 1 tbspn

Butter - 2 tbspn

Coriander leaves - a few handful

Salt - to taste.

Add butter to a pan.

Add onion, ginger, garlic and saute.

Add tomato to it and continue to stir.

Saute until the tomato softens.

Add coriander powder and fry well.

ree
Add garam masala.

ree
Add sugar and salt.

ree
Add chilly powder.

ree
Add Tahina/cashew paste. Fry all these until it is well combined and the raw smell goes.

Put the fried mixture into a mixer.

Grind it to a smooth paste. Keep it aside.

Add butter to a pan.

ree
Add bay leaf, cinnamon sticks, cardamom and cloves.

Add 1 spoon ginger garlic paste.

ree
Add the ground mixture now and keep strring.

ree
Add 1/2 tspn chilly powder.

ree
Keep stirring well. Add necessary salt.

ree
Add paneer and keep stirring. Allow it to cook.

Add 2 tbspn cream and mix well.

ree
Once the paneer is cooked add butter.

ree
Drizzle cream on top. Yummy Paneer butter masala ready
