INGREDIENTS:
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Paneer - 200 gm
Onion - 2
Ginger - 1 big piece.
Garlic - 8 cloves
Green chilly - 2
Tomato - 1
Curd 3 tbspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Chilly powder - 1 tspn
Coriander powder - 1 1/2tspn
Garam masala - 3/4 tspn
Cumin powder - 1/2 tspn
Cinnamon sticks - 2
Cloves - 4
Cardamom - 4
Bay leaves - 1
Star anise - 1
Coriander leaves - a handful
Salt to taste
