Onion Pakoda

INGREDIENTS:

Gram flour - 1 cup

Rice flour - 1/2 cup

Onion - 2

Green chilly - 2

Ginger - a small piece

Curry leaves - fe

Asafoetida -1/4 tspn

Chilly powder - 1 tspn

Salt - to taste

Oil - For frying


Ready to snack😎😎

Cut onion, green chilly ginger and curry leaves. Put gram flour, rice flour, chilly powder, asafoetida, salt into a bowl. Add all the cut ingredients into it. All the ingredients should be mixed well and made into a paste.

Add necessary water and mix all the ingredients into a thick consistency.

Heat oil. When it becomes hot add one spoonful of the mixture. Allow it to turn brown on one side.

Flip it to the other side when it becomes brown. Remove from oil when it turns golden brown.

Remove from oil when it turns golden brown and keep it aside.

Tasty onion pakoda ready😋😋
