OATS UPMA🤗🤗

INGREDIENTS:

Oats - 1 cup

Onion - 1

Ginger - a small piece

Green chilly - 1

Carrot - a small piece

Coconut - 2 tbspn

Urad dal - 1 tspn

Chana Dal - 1 tspn

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


All set🙂🙂

Put the oats in a pan.

Dry roast the oats until the rawness goes.

Cut the vegetables and keep it ready.

Heat oil in a pan. Crackle mustard seeds.

Add urad dal and chana dal now.

Add all the cut vegetables and fry well.

Fry until golden brown.

Add necessary salt.

Add roasted oats now,

Mix it well with the fried mixture.

Sprinkle little water and mix.

Add coconut and mix well.

Oats upma getting ready.

Variety oats upma ready.
