Oats Dosa🙂🙂

INGREDIENTS:

Oats - 1 cup

Rice flour - 1/4 cup

Rava - 1/4 cup

Curd - 3 tbspn(heaped)

Onion - 1/2

Green chilly - 1

Ginger - a small piece

Coriander leaves - few

Curry leaves - few

Salt - to taste

Ready to start🙂🙂

Cut the vegetables and keep aside.

Powder the oats and put it in a mixing bowl.

Add 1/4 cup rava.

ree
Add 1/4 cup rice flour.

ree
Add 3 tbspn heaped curd to it.

ree
Add necessary water and salt and mix well.

ree
Add the cut vegetables now.

ree
Make it into a loose batter now.

ree
Grease a tava and put one ladle of the batter. Drizzle oil over it.

Flip over when one side is done.

ree
Tasty oats dosa ready👩‍⚖️👩‍⚖️

Healthy Oats dosa... melts in your mouth😅
