Neer Dosa

INGREDIENTS:

Raw rice - 2 cups

Coconut - 1 cup

Salt - to taste


Ready to start🙂

Soak raw rice overnight. Grind it along with coconut into a very smooth consistency.

Add necessary salt and make it into a very loose batter.

Heat the tawa.

Pour the batter onto the hot tawa.

Close the dosa with a lid.

Fold into the shape of a triangle and remove.

You have soft, thin neer dosa ready now.

It's very soft, thin and tasty. Chick pea curry is a good combination for this.😃
