Nadan Chicken CurryšŸ” šŸ”

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken - 1250 gms

Onion - 4

Ginger - one big piece

Garlic - 10 to 12 cloves

Green chilly - 3

Tomato - 1 1/2

Fennel seeds - 1 tspn

Pepper powder - 1 tbspn

Chilly powder - 1 tbspn

Turmeric powder - 3/4 tspn

Garam Masala - 1 tspn

Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbspn

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


All set.šŸ¤—šŸ¤—

Heat coconut oil. Add sliced onion, green chilly and curry leaves.

Saute well.

Add ginger garlic paste ground along with fennel seeds and fry well.

Add turmeric powder and fry well until the raw smell goes.

Next add chilly powder and fry well.

Next add coriander powder and keep stirring.

Add pepper powder and fry well.

Add the cut tomatoes and fry well.

Fry until the tomatoes become soft.

Add the cleaned chicken now.

Mix the chicken well with the masala and add necessary salt.

Add water and cook until done. Garnish with more curry leaves.
