Mushroom Potato Masala

INGREDIENTS:

Mushroom - 1 packet

Potato - 1

Tomato - 2

Onion - 2

Garlic - 5 cloves

Ginger - a big piece

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn

Bay leaves - 1

Cardamom - 2

Cloves - 3

Cinnamon sticks - 2

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Chilly powder - 1 tspn

Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tspn

Garam masala - 3/4 tspn

Cream - 2 tbspn

Tahina - 2 tbspn

Coriander leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


Ready 😊😊

Boil the tomato and onion to soften them.

Remove from water and keep it aside to cool.

Heat oil. Add cumin seeds, Bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon sticks and cloves.

Add ginger garlic paste.

Once fried well add the cut mushroom.

Add the cut potato now.


Stir it well. Do not add water. Add a little salt.

Add coriander powder and stir well.

Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and stir well.

Put the onion, tomato, coriander leaves and a little ginger garlic past and grind well.

Grind to a smooth paste

Add the ground paste.

Mix it well and cook for some time.

Add two tbspn cream and cook well.

Mix it well and finally garnish with coriander leaves.

Rich and creamy curry ready.

You must try this. Goes well with chapati, bread etc.😎😎
