Lemon Rice🥗🥗

INGREDIENTS:

Matta Rice - 2 cups

Lemon - 1

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Asafoetida - 1/4 tspn

Channa Dal - 1 tbspn

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 2

Ginger - a small piece

Curry leaves - a few

Coriander leaves - 1/4 handful

Salt - to taste



Get..Set...Go

Cut onion, ginger, green chilly and coriander leaves.

Heat oil. Crackle mustard seeds, then add channa dal and fry well. Add the cut onion, green chilly and ginger and saute.

Fry until it turns golden brown.

Add 1/2 tspn turmeric powder and fry until the raw smell goes.

Add 1/4 tspn asafoetida powder and fry well.

Once add add the cooked Palakkadan matta rice.

Mix well and add juice of one lemon. Switch off the stove and mix well. Do not forget to add necessary salt.

Add coriander leaves and mix well. You have tasty Lemon rice ready now.

Palakkadan lemon rice ready😊😊
