Lady's finger curry

INGREDIENTS:

Lady's finger

Shallots - 4 to 5

Garlic - 1 clove

Ginger - a small piece

Coconut - 3 tbspn

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Chilly powder - 1 tspn

Coriander powder - 2 tspn

Jaggery - 1 tspn

Tamarind - Gooseberry size

Salt - to taste

Cut the lady's finger into small pieces, add necessary salt and fry in oil until golden brown.

In another pan, heat oil and saute shallots, garlic and ginger.

Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder to the fried items. Keep frying until the raw smell goes.

Add 3 tbspn coconut and fry well.

Fry until the coconut loses its moistness.

Fry the lady's finger until golden brown and crisp and keep it aside.

Put the fried mixture into the mixer.

Grind it into a smooth paste.

ree
Transfer the ground mixture into a vessel. Add necessary water and salt.

ree
Add tamarind juice to the mixture and allow it to boil.

ree
When it just begins to boil add the fried lady's finger and cook until done.

Add 1 tspn jaggery in the end and cook for another 2 minutes.

Season it with mustard, curry leaves and green chilly. Yummy curry ready🤗🤗
