Lachha Paratha👩👩

INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour - 1 cup

Maida - 1 cup

Warm milk - 1/2 cup

Sugar - 1 tspn

Soda bicarbonate - a pinch (Optional)

Oil - 2 tbspn

Salt

Water


All set 🙂

Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Knead it well into a soft dough and keep it aside for 2 hours.

Divide the dough into 4 balls.

Roll the dough into a big round shape, (More or less round)

Apply oil onto the rolled dough.

Dust on its top with a little wheat flour.

Start folding it in the shape of a fan.

Try and stretch the fan to its maximum.

Turn it from inside to get a round shape and a little projected upwards.

Flatten it with your palm before rolling it with the rolling pin.

You will get four lachhas with this measurement.

Roll one into a round shape. Do not press too hard.

Heat the tawa. Grease it with oil and then put the flattened dough.

Flip it to the other side when one side is done.

Lachha paratha ready😑😑
