Kozhukatta Upma🙂

INGREDIENTS:

Kozhukatta - 6

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 1

Ginger - 1 small piece

Urad dal - 1 tspn

Red chilly - 1

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


Ingredients ready😊

Cut the onion, ginger and green chilly. In the same manner cut the kozhukatta into fine pieces.

Heat oil in a pan. Crackle mustard seeds.

Add red chilly and urad dry and fry until golden brown.

Add the cut onion, ginger and green chilly now along with curry leaves.

Saute until it turns golden brown.

Next add the cut kozhukatta.

Mix this well with the fried items. Add necessary salt.

Kozhukatta upma ready🙂


A variety breakfast if you have excess kozhukatta.😅
