Koova Payasam

INGREDIENTS:

Arrow root powder (Koova) - 3 tbspn

Jaggery - 2 cubes

Coconut (grated) - 3 tbspn

Ghee - 1 tspn


Ready 😃😃

Boil the jaggery in sufficient water to melt it.

Strain the jaggery to remove any impurities.

Take 3 tbspn arrow root powder in a bowl.

Add necessary water and dissolve the powder well. Ensure that there are no lumps formed.

Keep the pan over the stove and begin to boil.

Once it begins to thicken add the melted jaggery and continue stirring.

Add the grated coconut now and continue stirring.until it is combined well. Add one spoon ghee and mix it thoroughly.

Koova payasam ready👩‍⚖️👩‍⚖️
