Kappa Puzhukku (Tapioca)😊😊

INGREDIENTS:

Dried Tapioca - 2 handful

Coconut - 1/2 cup

Garlic - 1

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn

Chilly powder - 1/2 tspn

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn

Salt - to taste

Curry leaves - a few

Coconut oil - 1 tbspn


Soak dried tapioca for at least two hours in water.

Put coconut, turmeric powder, chilly powder, cumin seeds and garlic into a mixer.

Grind it into a paste.

Add necessary water to boil the soaked tapioca.

Allow it to boil for some time.

Drain the water and take fresh water again. Boil it adding necessary salt.


Once cooked break the tapioca into pieces.

Add the ground mixture to the cooked tapioca.

Mix well and cook for some time until it is combined well.

Drizzle coconut oil.

Add curry leaves and mix well.

Yummy puzhukku ready.
