Kabuli Chana Masala 🕵️‍♀️🕵️‍♀️

INGREDIENTS:

White Chickpea - 2 cups

Onion - 1 big

Ginger - 1 big piece

Garlic - 10 cloves

Green chilly - 2

Tomato - 1

Cumin seeds - 3/4 tspn

Chilly Powder - 1 tbspn

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbspn

Garam masala - 1 tspn

Salt - to taste



Let's get started👱‍♂️👱‍♂️

Heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds first. Then add sliced onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly.

Saute the ingredients well.

Saute until it changes into a golden colour.

Add 1/2 tspn turmeric powder and fry well until the raw smell goes.

Next add chilly powder and fry well.

Next add pepper powder and fry well.

Add coriander powder finally and fry well.

Ensure that all the powders are combined well.

Now add one cut tomato.

Saute the tomato and add necessary salt.

Fry the whole ingredients until everything is combined well.

Soak chana for 6-8 hours. Pressure cook until done and keep it ready. Add 2 tbspn cooked chana to the fried mixture.

Once it is cool put it into a mixer.

Grind it into a smooth paste. Add this paste to a pan.

Add the pressure cooked chana to it, necessary salt and boil well.

Once it is ready garnish with coriander leaves.
