INGREDIENTS:

Potato - 4

Onion - 3

Ginger - a big piece

Green chilly - 4

Coconut milk powder - 4 tbspn

Coconut Oil - 1 tbspn

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


All ingredients set 🙂🙂

Cut all the vegetables.

Transfer the cut vegetables into a vessel. Add necessary water and salt to cook.

Take 4 tbspn coconut milk powder.

Add warm water to the powder and dissolve it.

ONce the vegetables are cooked add the coconut milk powder and stir well.

Allow it to boil for a minute.

Add curry leaves and 1 tbspn coconut oil.

Stir well after adding the coconut oil and curry leaves.

Yummy ishtoo ready😊😊

Goes well with idli and dosa😎😎
