INGREDIENTS:
Chickpea. -. 300grams
Tahina. -. 1 cup
Garlic. -. 6 cloves
Salt. -. To taste
Olive oil. -. To drizzle

Shall we start?

Pressure cook the Chickpea with 2 cloves garlic & salt. After that put the pressure cooked Chickpea, 4 cloves garlic, 1 cup Tahina and a little salt into the mixer.

Grind to a thick consistency. Add water if necessary.

Drizzle olive oil on top before serving. You can also add juice of a lemon (optional).
It tastes real good, very healthy & saves you if you run out of a curry when you are busy🍅😊
