If banana over ripens at home and no one touches it... don't worry.... you can make a healthy tasty smoothie which everyone will fall for...


INGREDIENTS:

Banana - 1

Yogurt - 2 Table Spoon

Milk - 1/2 Cup

Date syrup - 2 Table Spoon


Let's move on to the process.... an easy smoothie way😊



Get started with these ingredients.

Add banana pieces into the mixer


Add yogurt and date syrup. Blend it well.

Add milk and blend well.

Yummy smoothie ready🤤

You can also top it with nuts, granola or chocolate syrup (for kids specially)!!!!!
