Ginger ChickenšŸ—šŸ”

INGREDIENTS

Chicken - 1.400 kg

Onion - 5 medium sized

Ginger - A big piece

Garlic - 1 full pod

Green chilly - 4

Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbspn

Pepper powder - 1/2 tbspn

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Chilly paste - 1 tbspn

Salt - To taste

Sugar - a pinch


Let's start with the ginger chickenšŸ—

Grind onion to a smooth paste and keep aside. In the same manner, make a paste of ginger, garlic and green chilly.

Heat 2 tbspn oil. add the ground onion paste and saute until light brown,

Next add the ground ginger, garlic and green chilly paste. Fry well.

To this fried mixture, add all the powders. Chilly powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder

Add cleaned chicken pieces to this masala paste and turn over well until the masala gets coated onto the chicken pieces.

Add necessary salt and water and cook until done. Once cooked, add one table spoon chilly sauce and a pinch of sugar and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and onion rings.. Tasty ginger chicken ready to be served.

You need to just keep it on the table and the next moment it will disappear. Everyone will love this dish.šŸ™‚
