Ghee RicešŸššŸš

INGREDIENTS

Basmati Rice - 3 glasses

Boiling water - 5 3/4 glasses

Onion - 4 big

Cinnamon sticks - 3 small sticks

Cloves - 5

Cardamom - 4

Bay leaves - 2

Lemon -1

Ghee - 4 to 5 tbspn

Raisins - 2 tbspn

Salt - to taste

Ready with the ingredients. 😊😊

Add ghee or butter in a pan.

Add thinly sliced onion to it and saute.

Saute until it turns golden brown and then remove from fire.

In the same pan fry the raisins and keep it aside.

In another big vessel add ghee.

Add the whole spices to it.

ree
Add bay leaves too.

ree
Add one sliced onion and fry well.

ree
Add the drained rice and fry well.

ree
Add 5 and 3/4 glasses of boiling water to the rice and juice of one lemon.

Add necessary salt and cover and cook until done on medium flame.

Rice is cooked now.

Garnish with the fried onion and raisins, Ghee rice ready.

Ghee rice goes well with Chicken or Mutton curry. It's really yummy.šŸ˜ŽšŸ˜Ž
