Fish Curry🥘🥘

INGREDIENTS:

Fish - 3/4 kg

Coconut - 1/2 grated

Green Chilly - 3

Ginger - 1 inch

Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbpn

Kudam puli - 4 pieces

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Coconut oil - 1 tbspn

Curry leaves

Salt


Let's get started👩‍🏫

Grind Coconut, chilly powder and turmeric powder to a fine paste.

Pour the ground mixture into the pot that you are going to use. Add green chilly slit, Ginger cut fine, kodam puli and necessary salt. Allow it to boil.

When the mixture boils, add the cleaned fish pieces into it. Simmer and cook until done.

When it is done, add curry leaves and coconut oil. Yummy fish curry is ready for lunch.

My family love this curry and children call it as orange fish curry.😃
