Eggless Marble CakešŸ°

INGREDIENTS:

Maida - 2 cups

Sugar - 1 cup

Cocoa powder - 3 tbspn

Curd - 1 cup

Milk - 1/4 cup

Oil - 1/2 cup

Vanilla - 1 tspn

Baking powder - 1 tspn

Soda bicarbonate - 1/2 tspn

Add curd into a mixing bowl.

Add sugar and beat well until smooth using a whisk.

Next add oil and beat well until all the ingredients are combined.

Sieve maida along with baking powder and soda bicarbonate. Add this to the beaten mixture.

Fold in well and add 2 tbspn milk to make it smooth.

Divide the white batter into two. To one batter sieve and add 3tbspns of cocoa powder.

Fold in the cocoa powder.

Make it into a smooth batter.

Add 2 tbsp milk and make it into a smooth paste. If necessary add a little more milk.

Grease and dust a loaf pan.

Now starts the layering. Add one tbspn white batter.

Then add one tbspn cocoa batter.

Then add one tbspn white batter.

Now add one cocoa batter. Continue layering in the same manner.

Layer the whole batter in this manner.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degree C.

Marble cake is overturned and ready.

Marble cake is ready.
