Eggless Banana Loaf cake🍌🍌🍰 🍰

INGREDIENTS:

Maida - 1 1/2 cup

Banana - 2

Sugar - 3/4 cup

Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup

Oil - 1/2 cup

Baking powder - 1 tspn

Soda bicarbonate - 1/4 tspn

Salt - a pinch

Vanilla essence - 1 tspn

Vinegar - 1 tspn


Let's begin😎😎

Sieve maida. cocoa powder, baking powder, soda bicarbonate and salt. Sieve at least three times.

Sieve the powders and keep it aside.

Cut 2 bananas and add into the mixer.

Add sugar to the cut bananas and blend it well.

Put the blended mixture into a bowl.

Add oil, vanilla essence and vinegar to the blended mixture.

Whisk it properly so that it gets combined well. Whisk until smooth.

Next add the sifted powder into the combined mix. Fold in well.

Fold in gently. if the batter is thick you can add 2 or 3 tbpns water to make it smooth.

Grease and dust a loaf tin.

Pour the batter into the loaf tin. You can add nuts if you like. Tap it gently.

Keep the loaf tin in the oven.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180° Centigrade.

Check if it is baked by using a tooth pick or a small stick. If it comes out clean, then it is done.

Allow the cake to cool and then cut into pieces.
