EGG ROAST🥚🥚🥚🥚

INGREDIENTS:

Egg - 4

Onion - 3 sliced

Green chilly - 3

Ginger - 1 inch

Garlic - 6 cloves

Tomato - 1

Chilly powder - 1 tspn

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn

Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbspn

Garam masala - 1/2 tspn

Salt - to taste

Curry leaves


Ingredients ready🙂🙂

Heat 2 tbspn oil. Add onions sliced, green chilly slit, ginger and garlic cut fine and curry leaves. Saute the ingredients well.

Add 1 tomato to the above and fry well.

Add necessary salt, turmeric powder and keep stirring.

Add the powders- chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala and fry well until oil separates.

Add the boiled eggs cut into halves to the fried masala and slowly turn over the the eggs and cover it with the fried masala.


Egg roast readyyyy... goes well with chapathi and appam
