Egg Rice with Palakkadan Matta🥚🥚

INGREDIENTS:

Matta rice - 2 cups cooked rice

Egg - 2

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 2

Ginger - 1 small piece

Garlic - 6 cloves

Coriander leaves - 1/4 handful

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Coriander powder - 3/4 tspn

Garam masala - 1/2 tspn

Cinnamon sticks - 2 small piece

Cloves - 3

Cardamom - 2

Salt - to taste


Ingredients readyyyy😁😁

Cut onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly and coriander leaves.

Heat oil.. Add cinnamon sticks, gloves and cardamom.

Add the cut vegetables and fry well.

Fry until it changes translucent.

Add turmeric powder and mix well.

Add coriander powder and garam masala. Fry well.

Beat both the eggs well.

Add the beaten eggs to the fried mixture.

Mix it well.

Let the egg get combined well with the fried mixture.

Add the boiled matta rice, salt and mix well.

Combine it well.

Add coriander leaves to it.

Egg rice ready🙂
