EGG CURRY🥚🥚🥚🥚

INGREDIENTS:

Boiled Egg - 4

Small onion - a handful

Ginger - 1 inch

Garlic - 4 or 5

Tomato - 1

Red chilly - 6

Whole Pepper - 1 tspn

Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbspn

Cumin seeds - 3/4 tspn

Turmeric - 1/2 tspn

Salt - to taste

Oil


Ready with the ingredients😎😎

Heat oil. Add small onion, garlic, ginger and fry well. Keep it aside.

Dry roast Red chilly, cumin seeds, whole pepper, coriander powder until the raw smell goes and it turns brown..Keep it aside.

Grind the fried items into a smooth paste.

Keep the ground paste aside.

Heat oil. Crackle mustard seeds, then add the ground mixture, tomato cut into pieces and turmeric powder. Fry this well.

Add necessary water and salt. Allow it to boil. When it boils, add the eggs. Slit one side of the egg so that it gets coated well with the masala.

Once done garnish with coriander leaves. You have an amazing egg curry ready🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

This goes well with chapathi, bread, kubooz, rice etc. I am sure you will enjoy this dish🙂 You can test your palate as well😎😎
